RSE workers

Our business model relies on building strong partnerships with local vineyard owners and management companies, allowing us to deliver tailored vineyard services that meet their specific needs.

E&E has been a Recognized Seasonal Employer since 2017. It has the capacity to hire up to 59 RSE (non-joint) workers. We mainly hire from Kiribati and Vanuatu. This diverse workforce enables us to meet the seasonal labour demands of the vineyard industry effectively.

RSE Accommodations

At our RSE accommodation, we offer a diverse range of options— from cozy residential houses and leased commercial spaces to trusted third-party accommodation providers. Rest assured, all our accommodations are fully approved by the Labour Inspectorate, ensuring safety and compliance.
We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, with professional cleaners dedicated to making their stay comfortable and worry-free. Our goal is to help them feel at home away from home — a place where our RSE workers can relax, unwind, and truly enjoy their stay.

RSE Pastoral Care and Well Being

E&E values the well-being of our RSE workers; thus, by all means, E&E team endeavors to provide our RSE workers mental, physical and spiritual aspect assistance to make sure a smooth and quick transition into NZ working and living environment, from opening personal banking, obtaining IRD numbers, arranging suitable accommodations, providing transportation and opportunity for recreation and religious observance.
